How to buy?

Why doesn't my download link work?

The automatic system always makes your download link work if you have successfully completed the payment process for your purchase. Therefore, if it does not work it is because you have NOT completed the payment correctly and your card has not been charged. Some reasons for malfunction can be:

- USE OF EXPIRED OR INCORRECT CARD.

- USE OF DISABLED CARD FOR INTERNET PURCHASES

- YOU HAVE NOT LEFT THE PROCESS CORRECTLY (USED THE BROWSER FORWARD-BEHIND THE WEB PAGE AND EXITED THE PAYMENT SYSTEM)

- SECURITY CODE OF YOUR INCORRECT CARD

There may be other reasons beyond the system, but if the charging process to your card has not worked you can try:

- REPEAT THE OPERATION FROM THE MOST SLOWLY START AND DO NOT MOVE THE PAYMENT PAGE FORWARD-BACK UNTIL THE PROCESS IS COMPLETED.

- USE ANOTHER DIFFERENT VALID CARD
