How to buy?

To be able to buy in our store is only necessary register for the one first time.

The User chooses the products and passes to his shopping cart, pays on the external payment gateway in SECURE ENVIRONMENT. For your VIDEOS he will get his viewing and download link. In a few minutes you can access the viewing and download the files in your private section "My account" - My Orders. Click on each order number to reach the link of each video purchased. All your downloads are available 30 days from the date of purchase.

In the case of buying tickets for EVENTS, you will receive your purchase verification email and it has automatically been booked at the purchased event. Your name and email address must be provided upon arrival at the Event. If you wish, you can print your purchase verification.

If in that verification / invoice you want more data to appear, such as your location address, for example, you can complete them from your "My data" account.

 

WHERE DO I DOWNLOAD MY NEWLY PURCHASED VIDEOS?

As it is digital content, delivery is immediate within a few minutes of making your purchase.  A few minutes after making your purchase,  you will have your video available here, by clicking on the download symbol with the title of your video:

 

Why doesn't my download link work?

1) If you make the purchase and go directly and quickly to your download, ERROR 2 or another may appear, then have not had time the system to process the payment and the operation. CLOSE YOUR SESSION, exit the web, update/refresh your browser and enter again with your login, email and password. 

2) You have NOT completed the payment correctly and your card has not been charged. Some reasons for malfunctions can be:

- USE OF EXPIRED OR INCORRECT CARD.

- USE OF DISABLED CARD FOR INTERNET PURCHASES (Talk to your bank to enable it if you wish)

- YOU HAVEN'T LET THE PROCESS FINISH CORRECTLY (YOU USED THE WEB PAGE FORWARD-BACK BROWSER AND EXIT THE PAYMENT SYSTEM)

- INCORRECT CARD SECURITY CODE

There may be other reasons unrelated to the system, but if the process of charging your card has not worked, you can try:

- REPEAT THE OPERATION FROM THE BEGINNING SLOWER AND DO NOT MOVE THE PAYMENT GATEWAY PAGE FORWARD-BACK UNTIL THE PROCESS IS FINISHED.

- USE A DIFFERENT VALID CARD
